Letters About Literature Winners Announced

A reading and writing program for students in grades 4-12

Students in grades 4 through 12 are invited to write a personal letter to an author from any genre, fiction or nonfiction, contemporary or classic, explaining how that author’s work has affected the student’s way of thinking about the world or themselves.

Letters About Literature is sponsored nationally by the Library of Congress and Target Stores and in Virginia by the Virginia Foundation for the Humanities.
