Joshua has called Fairfax County home since early childhood. Having grown up in a Spanish speaking church and being the son of an immigrant from the Dominican Republic, Joshua has been a contributing member of Virginia’s growing Hispanic community for more than a decade.
His leadership with the LIBRE Initiative in Virginia builds on his dedication to see Hispanics across the country embrace freedom-minded principles and continue to achieve the American Dream. Joshua has appeared on Univisión, Telemundo, CNN en Español, Voice of America, Radio Poder, and others, speaking about public policy solutions in the Latino community and beyond.
