Why Attend

Since 1974, we have awarded more than 4,000 grants to non-profit organizations exploring the history and cultural traditions of Virginia and its communities and the issues that matter most to Virginians.

About the Workshop

Please join members of the Virginia Humanities Grants staff for an introduction to the work of Virginia Humanities focusing on funding opportunities. The workshop will include a virtual tour of an exhibition titled “The Summer Without Children” which was produced by the Town of Wytheville Department of Museums with funding from Virginia Humanities.
