Join the Springhouse Community School on Martin Luther King Jr. Day for a free screening of the 2019 film Just Mercy, based on Bryan Stevenson’s memoir of the same name. Both the book and its film adaptation explore Stevenson’s career as a criminal defense lawyer and his efforts to overturn numerous wrongful convictions. The screening will be followed by a brief discussion. Light refreshments will be provided.
