You are invited to attend this collective gathering of individuals and organizations throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia with a common interest in sharing, exploring and exchanging ideas for genealogical and historical organizations.

This free event will be both in-person and virtual. The in-person session will be held at the Virginia Museum of History & Culture, 428 N Arthur Ashe Blvd, Richmond, VA 23220, and lunch will be provided.

The Summit is convened by:

  • Afro – American Historical & Genealogical Society, Inc. (AAHGS) – Greater Richmond Chapter
  • Afro – American Historical & Genealogical Society, Inc. (AAHGS) – Hampton Roads Chapter
  • Hanover County Black Heritage Society, Inc. (HCBHS)
  • Middle Peninsula African-American Genealogical & Historical Society (MPAAGHS)
