Springhouse’s week-long camp for teens will center on creating a final print project inspired by change campers wish to see in the world. Participants will begin by learning a range of techniques, including letterpress, screenprinting, relief printing, zine making, and bookmaking. Ultimately, participants will select one or more technique(s) to concentrate on, culminating in a project intended to share with the world.

There will be a break for lunch each day at 11:30, so participants are asked to please bring a packed lunch. On Friday, June 21st, campers’ families are invited and encouraged to join for final sharing at 2pm.

This camp has a minimum of five participants and a Pay-it-forward rate of $300 or Sustainer rate of $200.

No one is turned away for lack of funds. If you cannot afford either of the listed rates above, please enter an amount that works for your family.

Workshops & scholarships made possible in part by the National Endowment for the Arts & Virginia Humanities.
