This exhibit explores the different perspectives of those residing in Loudoun County during the time of the American Revolution and how they experienced the era in varied and sometimes conflicting ways.
Loudoun County was home to a diverse population, including statesmen, soldiers, farmers, enslaved and free Black people, women, preachers, and others who made an impact and altered the nation’s history.
The Loudoun Museum, located at 16 Loudoun St. SW in Leesburg, is free and open to the public from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
