The following deadlines apply to our Summer & Winter (formerly Spring & Fall) grant programs.

Please Note: These changes do not affect Rolling Grant applications, which can be submitted at any time during the year.

A Letter of Intent (LOI) is always the first step in applying for Rolling and Summer/Winter grants. For more, see “How Do I Submit a Letter of Intent?” in our grants FAQ.

Work on the application cannot begin until the LOI is approved.  The Letter of Intent is not a draft proposal and is separate from the proposal/application itself. Staff will not review drafts of Letters of Intent.
